Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to clearly define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ZTACOM Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and Members regarding the use of Location Information Services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Location Information” means information that may indicate the location of a movable object.

2. “Location Information Service” means a service provided to Members using Location Information.

Article 3 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company collects and uses Location Information through the mobile app to provide Members with Location Information Services.

2. Members may use the Company’s Location Information Services by agreeing to these Terms.

Article 4 (Member Consent)

1. Members must consent to the collection and use of personal location information in order to use the Location Information Services.

2. Members have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of Location Information; however, if they refuse consent, they may not be able to use the Location Information Services.

Article 5 (Protection and Use of Location Information)

1. The Company protects Members’ Location Information in accordance with the law and these Terms, and the same applies to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of Location Information.

2. The Company uses Members’ Location Information only within the scope of the Member’s consent and does not provide it to third parties without the Member’s consent.

Article 6 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

1. If a Member violates these Terms or interferes with service operation, the Company may restrict or suspend that Member’s use of the Service.

2. If the Service must be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, inspection, or repair, the Company will notify Members in advance.

Article 7 (Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising in relation to the Location Information Services unless caused by its willful misconduct or gross negligence. However, any damages arising from a Member’s violation of these Terms shall be the responsibility of the Member.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable if it is unable to provide Location Information Services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.

2. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the Member’s intentional misconduct or negligence.

3. The Company shall not be liable for failure to obtain expected benefits from the Location Information Services or for damages arising from use of the Service, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws or customary practices. Disputes between the Company and Members shall, in principle, be resolved through consultation, and if consultation fails, legal procedures shall apply.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

1. The Company complies with applicable laws, including the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information and the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. When revising these Terms, the Company will notify Members of the revised content and effective date through the service website and in-app notices at least 7 days before the effective date, and at least 30 days before the effective date for material changes.

3. If a Member does not agree to these Terms, the Member may not use the Location Information Services.

4. Members may withdraw consent to the collection and use of Location Information at any time, and upon withdrawal the Company will delete or destroy the relevant information.

5. The Company does not provide personal location information to third parties without the Member’s consent. However, this does not apply where a legally authorized institution makes a request pursuant to law.

Supplementary Provision

These Location-Based Service Terms take effect on June 30, 2026.
