Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the company and the members regarding the use of the location-based service provided by the company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Location information” refers to information that can indicate the location of a mobile object.
  2. “Location-based service” refers to the service provided to members using location information.

Article 3 (Service Provision)

  1. The company collects and uses members’ location information through a mobile app to provide location-based services.
  2. Members can use the location-based service provided by the company by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Member’s Consent)

  1. Members must agree to the collection and use of personal location information to use location-based services.
  2. Members have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of location information, but if consent is refused, the location-based service cannot be used.

Article 5 (Protection and Use of Location Information)

  1. The company protects the member’s location information according to the law and these terms and conditions, and follows the same in the case of collection, storage, use, and disclosure of location information.
  2. The company only uses the member’s location information within the scope agreed by the member and does not provide it to third parties without the member’s consent.

Article 6 (Restrictions and Suspension of Service Use)

  1. The company can restrict or suspend the service use of a member who violates these terms and conditions or hinders the normal operation of the service.
  2. If the service needs to be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, inspection, repair, etc., the company will notify the members in advance.

Article 7 (Damage Compensation) The company is not liable for any damages related to the location-based service unless there is intentional or serious negligence. However, if a member violates these terms and conditions and causes damage to the company, the member is responsible for the damage.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The company is not responsible if the location-based service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, wars, or other force majeure reasons.
  2. The company is not responsible for service use disruptions caused by the member’s intentional or negligent errors.
  3. The company is not responsible if the member does not gain the expected benefits from using the location-based service or incurs damages due to the materials obtained through the service.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution) For matters not specified or interpretations in these terms and conditions, the relevant laws or customary practices apply. Disputes between the company and members are resolved through consultation and, if an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved according to legal procedures.

Article 10 (Other)

  1. The company complies with all related laws and guidelines such as the law on the protection and use of location information, and the Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. When revising the terms of use for the location-based service, the company informs users through the service’s homepage and app announcements at least 7 days before the enforcement date. However, if there are significant changes affecting the user’s rights and duties, the company notifies users at least 30 days in advance.
  3. If the member does not agree to these terms and conditions, they cannot use the location-based service.
  4. The member can withdraw their consent to the collection and use of location information at any time. In this case, the company stops collecting and using the information and deletes or destroys the information.
  5. The company does not provide personal information provided by the member to third parties without the member’s consent. However, it may be provided as an exception when requested by a legitimate authority under the law.
